Allow me to introduce myself...

After graduating from college I entered the employment industry as a human resource manager. In the early years of my career I worked closely with employers and had been entrusted to manage large recruitment campaigns on their behalf. The influence of the recruitment industry lead to a long career of co-owning an employment agency in Ontario and working with many of the higher profile employers in our province. Our agency had received high marks from the Ministry of Labour for safety and compliance. This rare endorsement lead to many clients requesting my guidance in managing their own elements of compliance with the Ontario Ministry of Labour in a more dedicated capacity. As a result, I spearheaded a safety and compliance consultancy that would grow and in 2018 would be born as Ontario Employer Compliance Services.

My services and experience are available to zero in on your specific circumstances and I can either be retained as an advisor to assist in ongoing matters or I can be called upon to help assess a one off need.

I'm not alone; I work closely with a legal team and safety training provider that help to reinforce guidance and to make certain you are protected.
